Cancellation policy

All bookings made with Roava Experiences are subject to the following cancellation policy:

01Cancellations made 21 days (3 weeks) or more before the trip start date are eligible for a full refund, excluding any payment gateway charges, taxes, or non-recoverable processing fees (if applicable).
02Cancellations made less than 21 days before the trip start date are non-refundable.
03No refunds will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or if a participant leaves the trip after it has commenced.
04Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
05Roava Experiences reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, safety concerns, government restrictions, or insufficient participation. In such cases, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future trip.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

Trip-specific terms

Bali & Gili Islands cancellation policy

Trip price: Rs. 69,999. To secure your spot, a booking amount of 50% of the total trip cost (Rs. 35,000 approx.) is payable at the time of booking. Refunds depend on when you cancel and how much you have already paid.

You may cancel your booking up to 60 days (2 months) before the trip departure date and receive a full refund.
If you have paid the full trip amount of Rs. 69,999 and cancel between 60 days (2 months) and 45 days (1 month) before departure, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the total trip amount.
If you have paid only the initial 50% booking amount and cancel between 60 days (2 months) and 45 days (1 month) before departure, no refund is applicable.
Cancellations made less than 45 days (1 month) before the departure date are non-refundable, whether you have paid the 50% booking amount or the full trip amount.
