Cancellation policy
All bookings made with Roava Experiences are subject to the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made 21 days (3 weeks) or more before the trip start date are eligible for a full refund, excluding any payment gateway charges, taxes, or non-recoverable processing fees (if applicable).
- Cancellations made less than 21 days before the trip start date are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or if a participant leaves the trip after it has commenced.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
- Roava Experiences reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, safety concerns, government restrictions, or insufficient participation. In such cases, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future trip.
